Islands of Peace 2025 Collection
Growing up on the coast, I would commune with God out in fields, on a mountaintop, or on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. I would sit for hours taking in the sheer beauty of God's creation.
Out in nature, I found refuge, peace, and encouragement. After self-publishing my book, "Heroes Wanted: The Screams of Children Have Not Fallen On Deaf Ears," I realized not everyone is fortunate enough to experience God out in nature, so I created Islands of Peace.
Islands of Peace are your personal place of scenic beauty. Place it in a conspicuous place and spend time each day with your island. While taking in the beauty of your island, take the time to reflect on what's good in your life. Focus on what you're grateful for. Reflect on your accomplishments and what brings you pride. Think about the times you were unstoppable. Bask in the beauty of your Island of Peace, and take a moment to realize how beautiful our world is. Most importantly, use this time to build a relationship with God.
